Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as informed by our team. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods shared at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing by email or WhatsApp. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the cancellation policy shared with you at the time of booking. Some services, like helicopter tickets, may be non-refundable due to third-party policies.

Changes to Itinerary

We do our best to follow the planned itinerary. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or local events may require adjustments. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the interest of your safety and overall experience.

Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for travel, especially for high-altitude trips or treks. We recommend consulting your doctor before the journey and carrying any required personal medication.

Travel Documents

All travellers must carry valid government-issued ID proof. Foreign nationals should ensure they have the necessary visas and permits.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
