Itinerary

Day 1: Haridwar → Barkot
Pickup from Haridwar. Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 2: Barkot → Yamunotri → Barkot
Early morning drive to Janki Chatti. Trek (5 km one way) or hire pony/doli to Yamunotri Temple. Darshan and return to Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot → Uttarkashi
Drive to Uttarkashi, visit Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Uttarkashi → Gangotri → Uttarkashi
Drive to Gangotri Temple, situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi. Darshan and return to Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi → Guptkashi / Sitapur
Long drive through mountain roads. Check-in to hotel.
Day 6: Guptkashi → Kedarnath
Early morning transfer to Sonprayag. Trek to Kedarnath Temple (approx. 16 km) or opt for helicopter (extra cost). Darshan and overnight stay at Kedarnath (basic accommodation).
Day 7: Kedarnath → Guptkashi
Return trek to Sonprayag. Drive back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay.
Day 8: Guptkashi → Badrinath
Drive to Badrinath. Visit Badrinath Temple, Mana village (last village before Tibet border). Overnight stay.
Day 9: Badrinath → Joshimath → Rudraprayag / Srinagar
Morning darshan at Badrinath Temple. Drive to Rudraprayag or Srinagar. Overnight stay.
Day 10: Rudraprayag → Haridwar
Return drive to Haridwar. Drop at railway station or hotel. Tour ends with blessings and memories.

We aim to be transparent about what you can expect during your stay—especially in remote, high-altitude destinations like Kedarnath.
Accommodation in Kedarnath:
Basic lodging only is available due to location limitations—luxury or deluxe hotels are not available.
Rooms typically include just a bed and essential facilities.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Check-In / Check-Out Timings:
Standard check-in: 2:00 PM
Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
ID Requirement at Check-In:
As per Indian Government guidelines, all guests must present a valid photo ID. Acceptable IDs include:
Passport with Visa (for foreign nationals)
Aadhaar Card
Voter ID
Driving License
Failure to produce valid ID may result in denied check-in, and we cannot be held responsible in such cases.
Meals (if included):
Meals are usually fixed thali or buffet, based on North Indian cuisine.
Anything outside the set menu will be charged separately.

AC is not operational beyond Rishikesh or Dehradun and will not run in stationary vehicles.

Multiple visits to the same place may require extra entry or parking fees.
Some destinations may be inaccessible by large vehicles; alternate arrangements not included.
Route changes require prior notice and approval.
Driver Guidelines:
Drivers work up to 12 hours per day.
Night driving and loud music are restricted by local authorities.
If the driver is uncooperative, please contact our support team immediately.
Rate Adjustments:
If fuel prices rise by over 5% after your booking, a revised rate may apply.
A similar vehicle will be provided if the booked one becomes unavailable.

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer a clear and fair cancellation policy that considers your needs and the practical constraints of Himalayan travel.
Refunds, if applicable, follow this structure:
15 days or more before the tour start date
→ Full refund of advance payment, after deducting any non-refundable charges like helicopter tickets or permits.7 to 14 days before the tour start date
→ 50% refund of the advance payment.Less than 7 days before the tour start date
→ No refund of advance payment.No-show or cancellation on the travel day
→ No refund will be applicable.

No refunds for shortened stays, unused services, or trip disruptions due to natural calamities, roadblocks, political unrest, or other force majeure situations.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or theft during your travel.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Booking Confirmation:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your tour.
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 24 hours before the trip starts.
Non-Payment Consequences:
Bookings without timely payment may be automatically cancelled.
Confirmation is valid only after full advance payment is received and acknowledged.

The temples generally open around late April or early May and remain accessible until October/November. The best weather is usually in May–June and September–October.
Q2. How many days are needed for the Char Dham Yatra?
The classic tour from Haridwar takes about 10–11 days. We can also create custom itineraries if you have less time.
Q3. Is the trek very difficult?
The Yamunotri and Kedarnath stretches involve trekking (approx. 5 km and 16 km, respectively). You can hire ponies, palkis, or use a helicopter for Kedarnath to make it easier, especially for senior citizens.
Q4. Are meals included in the package?
Yes, daily breakfast and dinner are included. Lunch and personal snacks are extra.
Q5. Can senior citizens join this tour?
Yes, but it’s strongly recommended to consult a doctor before travel, carry essential medicines, and consider using a helicopter or palki for Kedarnath and Yamunotri.
